Contract: Permanent following a successful probationary period
Essential Print Services (Derby) Ltd is currently looking for a Company Deputy to join the business, based on Pride Park in Derby.
You know how Batman had Robin, Frodo had Bilbo and C3PO had R2D2, well, our CEO is looking for a partner in print.
The role will be varied and will suit someone who is super organised, enjoys talking to people and most of all have a passion for exceptional customer service.
The individual will need to be highly professional with an enthusiastic and outgoing disposition.
The successful applicant should have:
Excellent understanding of computers (preferably Apple Macs)
Sensational communication skills
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Exceptional, self-motivated ability
Notoriously good presentation skills
True desire to help others
Initiative & know how to use it
A full, clean driving licence
Loves stationery, organisation and wrapping presents
Here is a list of example duties which is not exhaustive:
- Answer the telephone
- Greet visitors
- Manage online chat facility
- Deal with enquiries
- Manage CEO’s inbox and diary
- Process orders
- Project management
- Place orders and liaise with suppliers
- Monitor & manage office supplies
- Maintain databases & processes
