Let us tell you a story about an order we received on Friday.
Picture the scene; it was lunchtime, Yvonne’s tummy had started to rumble. She had just finished the last slurp of her decaffeinated tea when the telephone rang; “good afternoon, Essential Print Services, how can I help?”
“Hi, my name is Karen and I’m starting a dog walking service and I’d like some flyers. I have no idea about what I want or what paper I need. I’m also not very good with computers so I’m hoping you can help me.”
This was no problem for Essential Print Services. After a quick chat with Karen, Yvonne established that Karen needed 500 postcard-sized flyers with a little bit of time spent on her artwork.
Friday afternoon, the proof was created by Yvonne and approved by Karen.
This morning, two days after her initial phone call, Karen received her flyers, delivered to her home and she was delighted, “amazing, flyers look great. Thanks very much.”
